Q: Can I exchange or receive a refund for a Shaper I bought on Sale or as a Promotion?
A: There are NO refunds, exchanges, or returns for promotional or sale items.

A: Please note there are no exchanges or refunds for Shape Essential Items
Q: How do I determine my size?
A: Measure your waist. Pull the tape measure tight around your waist especially if you are fleshy in your stomach area.

Q: What if I am between sizes?
A: Shaped By An Angel shapers are true-to-size, choose the size that you normally wear.
For example: if the size chart indicates that you are between a size 1XL & 2XL & you normally wear a 2XL, then choose the 2XL & vice versa.
Q: What colors are available?
A: The entire line is available in black. Light and dark nude colors are coming soon.
Q: How do I put my shaper on?
A: Refer to the video provided in How it Works. - (Click link)
Q: How do I wash my shaper ?
A: Machine wash and lay flat to dry. 
Q: What’s the difference between a garment with panels and a garment without panels?
A: The shaper with panels gives more defined support in specific problem areas of the body. The panels assist in flattening of the abdomen, defining the waist and lifting the buttocks. The shaper without the panels holds firmly as well but is more like a bodysuit that holds and shapes the body. Your selection should be based on how much support you need for your body type.
Q: Is there an opening to use the bathroom?
A: Yes, there is an opening between the legs in all our garments.
Q: How long does it normally take for my order to be processed and shipped out?
A: Orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped the following day. Any orders placed after 5pm CST will be processed the following business day. Additionally, any orders placed after 5pm CST on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
All shaper orders are shipped Fedex 2 Day Air.
Q: How do I go about returning my item?
A: If you’d like to return or exchange your garment, please email your request to for a return authorization within 10 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handling costs).
Q: How do I go about exchanging my item?
A: If you’d like to exchange an item, you can email us at and request an exchange authorization code. 
Q: What is your return policy?
A: After 10 days of receiving your item(s) no return requests will be accepted. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of the Shaped by an Angel body shaper we only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed. All item(s) should be returned with any additional accessories & in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product(s) was damaged.

A: At this time we are only selling online and at our showroom in Los Angeles. Call (323) 507-5819 to make an appointment.
Q. How will my orders ship?
A: Orders will be processed within 24 hrs and shipped the following business day. There is no shipping on the weekend. Packages are shipped by FedEx or USPS depending on location of shipping address.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We currently can ship online to Puerto Rico and Canada. 

***Orders received after 5pm CST will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY. No processing on weekends. We offer overnight shipping, 2-day shipping, which is shipped after 24-hour processing, and standard shipping options. Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, cannot be guaranteed for same day shipment. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays are processed the following business day.

All orders received after 5:00 pm central time on Thursday, will get processed on Friday and shipped out on Monday.
